IMPORTANT UPDATE !!! – Friday Registration and Friday Drivers Meeting has been moved to the Whiskey Pete’s Main Showroom Please spread the word to all of our racers, registration/meeting will be across the freeway from Buffalo Bill’s, at Whiskey Pete’s. Friday Registration 9am-5pm, Meeting 6pm. We will have to be out of the showroom by 7:30pm, no later!
The Time Trials registration on Thursday will still be outside the McDonald’s inside Buffalo Bill’s, from 10am-12:30pm. We will not be able to do a full registration on Thursday, we are sorry, there is no room for all of our registration materials on Thursday.
UTV Racers – You WILL NOT need to have an IRC Tracking unit for the T250 race. If you have already paid for it, IRC will transfer that money to the VtoR event. Disregard the Final Information Letter, this supercedes that information.
The Draw Order for start positions is now posted! The Entry List is posted, please check it and make sure everything is correct. If you are going to add a 2-3-4 driver, please do it now and not at registration. Email Diane at bitd@bitd.com and give me name, birthdate and address and we’ll get them entered. It’s easier to add now and I make armbands this weekend, so they will get a good armband, add now and make changes now!!!
There is an error in the FIP (Final Information Packet) that was sent out. Class 3100 & Class 7300 will be doing 3 laps, not 2. We are sorry for this error. It is correct in the document on line.
Due to a new policy set by the US Fish & Wildlife Service and the BLM we have decided to cancel the T250 pre-fun run Thursday morning. We feel this is in the best interest of the event, the event is priority. A detailed letter is in the T250 file, please click on 2009 races and click on T250, the letter explaining our decision is there. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, but again, this is a good decision to maintain the intergity of the event.
