Arctic Cat Media Event

I have been at the media event for Arctic Cat the last two days. They pulled together a great event with a lot of fun and a lot of seat time. Part of that seat time was spent in the Prowler 650 and their new Prowler 700efi unit. And the other part was spent in the race Prowler and Pro Truck – holy cow, was that an experience.

Arctic Cat has stepped up and sponsored the Bi-Polar race team. The relationship that the race team and the factory engineers has was apparent at the event this week. The race team is listening to the engineers with driving tips and the engineers are watching the fixes that the race team is making and working those into their production models. Does this mean you will be able to buy one right off the show room floor and head to Baja? Probably not, but you sure wouldn’t be too far off track to at least try!

Ivan Stewart made a guest appearance at the event to support the Bi-Polar Pro Truck team. He was in town for the Parker 450 that Bi-Polar will be racing this weekend.

So you want to know what I think about the Prowler, don’t you? Sorry, you will just have to wait until the next issue to find out all the gossip.
